South Solar Park generates connection, development and energetic sustainability throught a circuit characterized by three different Energy flows: the Technological (yellow tube), the Social (purple tube) and the Enviromental one (green tube). Technological Solar Energy is produced by two Power Stations: a TECHNO PARK of photovoltaic panels, in 2 km of dismissed A3-highway and (once new A3-line terminated) in three construction depots; an ECO PARK, in the other 6 km of old A3, realized through the architectural integration of technological solar systems with open-air recreationally activities, green spaces, walking areas. Social Energy physically connects Bagnara, Favazzina and Scilla and it creates participation through the shared activities of the park, that becomes new common extra-urban space. Enviromental Energy re-naturalizes a large part of the dismissed highway through the creation of a linear park (Eco Park) and it re-uses all the construction track to create new green paths.
