The proposal aims to exploit this unique character of the viaducts to organize a re-interpretation of the highway space as a park, a linear green zone that resides in relation to the A3 highway which will turn into a rural road leaving a potentially interesting destination for visitors of the area. The proposed intervention begins with the realization of a minimalistic general "template", which is applied to the South-North highway, transforming it into a green promenade of about 3km. It is proposed that accommodation for different recreation, cultural and touristic activities, as well as provision of an extensible platform for the operation and expansion of solar energy research is allowed to happen dynamically, through the use of typologies. This allows an ideal compromise between the monolithic and the chaotic, one that is efficient, adaptable to current and future needs, but at the same time aesthetically consistent and respectful of the surrounding landscape.
