All the power plants and the spaces will be linked by a wired train which will work as a surface metropolitan transportation system. As far as the management of the structure is concerned, the three levels described above will guarantee a wide potential and flexibility, by involving the participation of cooperatives and consortia of young people of nearby villages and small towns.
From the technolgical point of view the idea is to create a long and winding surface wrapping the whole structure (skin for energy) and laid on a steel structure to be built on the existing concrete structures. The covering surface will be mainly covered by PV panels and will follow the morphological and architectonical characteristics along the path. The estimated cost is 100 M€.
