The basic idea is to design a site-specific yet flexible system to

01.Structure rail frame system will be laid out firstly reflecting
the linear nature of existing high way.
02.The frame move horizontally as pocket parks for greenery.
03.The frame move vertically as solar-panel covered pavilion.
