Monumental intervention of a fragment of the highway, creating spaces to exploit the particular characteristics of each sector (Amphitheatre, Cultural tour, Convention and Exposition Rooms, Rest area, View Points and Adventure Tours) to promote and motivate an enjoyment and protection activity of the resources, cultural heritage and nature of the area. A centre for local products trading (markets, pubs) as a tourist attraction of easy access held on weekends, providing jobs for local people. A major centre of Investigation to develop sustainable energy, and agriculture of the region. In the definity deposit of Solano 4 & 5, connected to the cultural tour throughout a new green path, developed on track 29. Structures simultaneously used as a sustainable resource to reduce the environmental impact, for e.g.: the elevated structure of the bars serves as the ceiling of the markets, and the transition parts of the tunnels will also carry the solar panels, among others.
