| Energy water line trough the landscape. Villages will install on the hillside, in both extremities of bridges. Car parks will be accessible from the tunnels and the traffic is reduced in the villages. (Pedestrian path, public transport network,...). The bridges get a link, like a « promenade » between villages. On Favazzina's bridge the south deck becomes a « friendly » two-way's road for public transportation and light transit. Landscape observatories connect north and south deck. North deck becomes a pedestrian balcony overlooking the "Grand Paysage". User will walk between sky and water, along a water path. The water comes from river below the bridge. Captured upstream, it is sent by gravity according to the principle used by the « Romans », during the first century, for the "Pont du Gard » bridge, near Nîmes, in France. From the bridge, the water falls in pipes and run the turbines, to generate electricity. Electricity power supplies the new infrastructures and buildings. |
