The bridge sites at Oliveto and Sciro would be used as vertical vineyards, using gravity feed drip irrigation to create grapes for wine- Tourist accommodations would be centered around the epicurean. The bridge at Costaviola would be used for the production of ornamental horticulture using sustainable practices to host experimental gardens as well as exploring new flower types and hybrids. Tourist accommodations would center around day hiking and cycling as well as camping. Favazzina would be for the production of dairy cows as well as hiking and cycling. This site would be linked with the bridge at Feliciusa where milk, cheese and other dairy products would be made. This bridge will have more activities specifically dedicated to regional cuisine. The bridge at Sfalassa’, being the longest and thus having the most southern exposure would be for the harvesting of grains, corn and other staple crops that would serve both human food needs as well as animals.
