Instead of giving a provisional cost of the project idea, we propose several ways to financing the complex: •Renting to companies that do not have infrastructure to develop his department research and development the facilities of the laboratories. •Create courses given in the facilities directed to companies or universities been interested in such an end. •Publications •Agencies, institutes, foundations, governmental laboratories … etc, that offer helps in the matter. •Obtaining of certifications and stamps of energetic, environmental quality in the campus R+d+i •Promotion of headquarters of American laboratories in Europe
