The proposal consists in a linear photovoltaic pergola, which covers the highway. This pergola creates an artificial topography, a photovoltaic forest that regenerates the injury done in the landscape. This element considers the existing topography and the sun orientation. It can be oriented south to west, according to the slopes while reconstructing the landscape. Like trees, the pergola looks for the best inclination. Through a modular system, each panel is oriented searching light and avoiding overlapping. While combining translucent and typical solar panels with voids, this organism creates a game of shadows and colors underneath. A new path can be enjoyed by tourists, offering them shelter and views towards the sea. This element fits in the context, looking for camouflage. But sometimes, his presence can be discovered. On the sunset or after raining, his iridescent surface catches sparkles. A new landmark is created to be living from proximity and contemplated from distance. |
