1 THE TRAFFIC: in order to preserve the environment/ heritage THE TRAFFIC remained a predominant function due to a fact that it will require minimal initial adjustments comparing to other functions. Both tracks will be used for traffic: sn as a bycycle/pedestrian area with observation/contemplation spots and sn as two directional vehicle with energy production. All installed prototypes must be replaceable and temporary traffic area. Apart some construction works, some parts are changeable, replaceable, as they act as objects of 2 RENEWABLE ENERGY PRODUCTION research:traffic infrastructure of pathways, fence barriers, , signs, etc.;research as a source of energy; using renewable energy 3 TECHNOLOGY developed technology of biomass, new fuels, photovoltaic,,, and experimental technology will be RESEARCHED, DESIGNED, INSTALLED, IN USE and it will be topic of governing institution which would include scientists, designers, ...and commissioned local community in order to experiment
