Project proposal is developed by analytical reading of land skyline: from Bagnara to Scilla, the A3 enters in a relationship with slopes, lowlands, hills that originates viaducts and motorway tunnels. The idea consists in superposition of a second lighter skyline that pick up public and private functions, strongly related to the energy renewable theme. Based on forecasts of connections and main accesses to the solar park, we individualize 2 public accesses located south and 2 for persons of Energetic Resources Research Institute. Along an axis of 10 km that was formerly old A3, this complex has an endless capacity for entertaining and stimulating the minds of its visitors in its buildings (tunnels), they can get to know different aspects of technology and nature. “ERRI” is a unique complex devoted to scientific and cultural dissemination which is made up of five main elements: hanging green park, conference halls, multimedia laboratories, classrooms and research laboratories.
