The energy Concept is based on a mutual system of gathering. New and visionar devices as Windbelts collected in cells covering the project external skin will provide energy at the cheap building cost of 0,05 cents of euro per kw/h produced, and a system of rainwater harvesting placed under the carways infrastuctures will help gaining resources. more over this project is meant to be possible only whit the interaction of the nearby villages, that will recive energy from it and will help in the production aswell with the estended use of plastic photovoltaic cells. The service and rest areas are designed as an extensionelements of the abandoned human constrution as galleries, while the open space is conceived as a landscape modelled by the architectural elements: the ground is developed in rises and depressions which describe gardens and paths, to then dissolve and merge with the surroundings.
