Our proposal is not to only renovate the highway. The planning is deal with the problems, surrounded area involves, emphasize communities’ characteristics and powers, and finally set it as a central function for the future development of the community. To deal with those urgent necessities in surrounded communities, our programs will provide multi-functional systems. That system includes and connects “Parks, sports, and leisure activities” ,“Culture, tourisms, and commercial areas” ,“Agricultural and forestry research facilities”, “A biomass energy research facility”, “Infrastructure for accessibility”, and “Infrastructure for facilities”. Those functions will be connected and related to each other and enhance own characteristics as a whole picture of the park. We strongly believe that our programs based on essence of the area and multi-functional facilities will emphasize and develop distinctiveness and uniqueness of the community.
