As in a dream, it all started with the necessity of a location to gather all our hopes. The need of a place where not only the research but also the global complaints about our future could take place together. A place that, by creating a permanent consciousness of the reality of the present and the hopes in the future, would become a world-sized icon. The 20th century Italian infrastructure was its trigger. All kinds of creative and visionary people started using it in the most unimaginable ways to propose a new future. The “Parco Solare Sud” had offered them a photogenic place to investigate, protest and test the unknown to come, and in return, they had converted it into an absolutely irresistible and desirable alternative to the current world. It would astonishingly cure us from our own masochism. The area, which once was a protected entity for experimentation, turned into a new Atlas. From here, everybody could see the future.
