| In the site destined for this 21.000 sqm building next to the present courthouse of the province several urban conditions of opposed scales coexist. The new building is composed of a lower volume that faces the street, relating to the scale of low houses and a taller parallel volume visible from the square over the historic building. Between them, an atrium concentrate the circulation of public, and opens the exterior through voids of different scales. |
