| Commissioned by the city of Lille, this small urban park is situated in a multicultural, but also rich in heritage neighbourhood, very close to the center. Wazemmes is one of the focal areas for the metropolitan expansion.
We were asked to design a park that would provide hospitality and passage (a park and a square), and could offer a visible innovative design, nevertheless fit to resist vandalism and multiple uses. A micro-paradize in the heart of the complex city, supported by a geometrical and smooth design that echoes to cultural symbols that were appreciated by the inhabitant’s comitee. To be delivered early 2007.
