Commissioned to masterplan and design a new residential area outside of Lusaka, the capital of Zambia. Located within the beautiful surrounding of Lusaka, the ecological village is in easy reach to the heart of city. The project comprises of 35 residential houses nested within the indigenous landscape together with various communal faculties. Three different house types have been designed ranging from 100sqm to spacious 600sqm single houses which are carefully situated within their own private grounds of an acre.
