The design of the sales centre for the Yulan Bay residential landscape area focuses on the idea of “opposite”, in which hardscape and softscapeare together in a unique combination. The direction of the paving design goes towards the building entrance, using gaps to enhance the planting system. The balance of paving and planting reflects the developer’s request to have a strong but clear entrance design system.
