The visible city could not exist without the invisible city : the basement networks city. The rose is called to become the structuring element of the city identity, of its coherence. The rose will be fertilized by the "roses" of the inhabitants (in French, the term "rose" also means "excrements"). Therefore, evacuation networks of waste water will be partially diverted towards irrigation systems under public gardens and parks, as well as towards greenhouses. The invisible basement city serves for developing a charming city on earth. The rose we try to hide and we do not wish to smell creates a pleasant to see and to smell, rose. The rose will become the emblem of the city, it will be the base of a big embellishment policy and it is by her that the city will be exported. |
