In this respect, EV is not meant to be the umpteenth ideal town made to satisfy the illusions of
modern urbanism. EV, in fact, does not remove what is rotten but the seductive mask of modern
metropolis. And it does so because EV already exists in every quarter of every city around the
world: EV is not virtual at all, for it already exhists in the mind of everyone of us.
