My vision of creating a cohesive society begins by providing a public space where we can reflect upon something bigger than ourselves which in turn connects us with each other and ultimately to the rest of the world. This Meditation space promotes environmental awareness, where the inhabitants can view and reflect upon their effects as a society on global warming,with hopes to convey to the viewers a heightened awareness of their surroundings. Imagine a public space where the environmental data that is collected by scientists, is then translated into interactive displays, which physically define the space. Dependant upon environmental factors, the space is interactive in conjunction with the eight foremost effects of global warming. These effects are measured, which in turn creates a distinct relationship between the design of the space and the outside environment.
