| The park will be characterized by the succession of eight functions, some of which related to the local culture and environment, such as botanic garden and Florio Team exposition. The viaducts will host green works, sport activities and talent shows; in the gallery will be set the cinema; in outdoor and indoor positions will be put the sensorial route, didactic and expositive activities and the “city of science”. The interchange points will contain parking areas with photo-voltaic coverage and small building to host restaurant, rest area, info-point, bike sharing and playground. The electric power for the train and activities will be internally produced using source of supply and renewable; the meteoric water will be collected for irrigation and compatible usages. The estimated overall cost is € 12 million for the park and € 25 million for the railway. |
