The water in canals and water plans of variable depths allows an evolving direction according to the seasons, while facilitating the fight against fires by the limitation of dried up lands on the coast. Furthermore, the creation of ponds and leads of water retentions has to facilitate the development of the local agricultural crops, olive and fruit trees offering a resistant vegetation in summer and adapted to the wintry climatic variations. From the energetic point of view, the implementation of photovoltaic panels on the most exposed hillsides to the sun will allow to manage the bases of the road infrastructures thanks to light structures. This device compound of aplats in mirror along the highway has to multiply the horizon for the motorists below and create thoughtful surfaces since the sea. Besides being a real tool of economic development at the regional level, by returning more attractive sectors, this new infrastructure will be an essential complement for touristic activity.
