| VINO reorganizes, rescales and re-appropriates the existing landscape and mega-structures into a catalyst and helps in transforming the communities into "carbon-zero" communities. VINO is 10 km "production line" with multiple performing components that interacts with communities and surrounding nature. VINO is viticulture, solar and wind energy farming, water filtration network, wine manufacturing integrated with research laboratories, green start-up incubators and recreational green spaces. Programs and process are distributed based on seasonal and daily cycle. VINO is shaped by the flux and confluence points of right-of-way, geographical and natural taxonomy, history, economy and culture. In turn the community continually shapes V.I.N.O. as a living organism. Provisional Cost: Approximately 25 million Euros. |
