The speed with which waste is produced by the human race surpasses the speed with which the waste can be absorbed by the Earth. From this principle springs the desire for an intervention with “zero volume”. As far as the the production of energy from renewable sources is concerned, the following is foreseen: the use of mini turbine blades, photovoltaic elements of various types and a system for the collection of rainwater so that it can be used to irrigate crops. The park is meant to be a permanent set-up in which each single intervention, like the tessera of mosaic, faces a specific planning and technological theme while still being part of a work of art at the “territory” scale. The maximum cost of this hypothetical intervention which does not foresee the construction of any objects does not surpass 10 million Euros.
