The intervention is composed of a main road(north-south), from which it is possible to enter to the parking among the pillars of the viaduct Costaviola, and of a roadway(south-north) assigned to a park, provided it with a cycle track. The cycle track is covered by photovoltaic platforms (Fire), technology that we find again on the covering of the experimental environments situated among the "terracing Feliciusu". Where profitable crops can be installed in the sector of the biomasses (Earth). The swings of the viaduct Costaviola and the roller coaster of the viaduct Favazzina produce the element Air, that supplies the "Aeolian spheres" set between the hairpin bed of the roller coaster and the Aeolian pipes of the viaduct Scirò. In the viaduct are inserted some hydroelectric pipes that, intersected to the Aeolian pipes, receive Water from an artificial lake placed below the viaduct Deborah. The maximum cost of the project is considered compatible with the valued cost of reparation.
