The general idea to recover the track is a great opportunity for locals to take advantage of spaces not lived yet. No more highway traffic but a place that takes life and generates energy. The mean of the renewal is the energy coming from sun and light. The Solar Park South have to be born from the forms and the geometries of containers and industrial bodies in general, to obtain an architectural and functional reconversion with solar energy. The intention is not to redraw the track but to depart from its forms, exploiting all potentialities as a photovoltaic plant. Everything in the park must harness solar energy: the project works by the day as a big plant visited by people and at night, it produces a LIGHT LINE, even from afar visible, highlighting colors coast, called purple coast. |
