The infrastructure energy park acts like a container of happenings, a complex mechanism of energetic, financial and theoretical relationships. It’s a laboratory to rethink the city. It is a high tech LAB where to connect all the efforts, sharing and combining the results and ultimately to envisage new strategies for living in sustainable ways. To develop the potential of each part our methodological approach proposes a matrix to decode/interpret the infrastructure.
To be activated the project needs minimal investments directed to the more congenial parts.
