Technically, the idea is simple, one of the highways is dedicated as the public highway, the other, for the positioning of the pavilions en-route. (as seen in the image bottom right) Technologically, the idea is flexible. Pavilions should aim to be in-expensive, expressive, eye catching and appealling. Their requirements may be to fulfill the purpose of an info-centre, cafe or shelter with all the energy for electricity or heating water provided on site. They can be constructed as budget becomes available and developed/adapted over time. Provisionally, costs incurred would include the price for constructing each pavillion, costs of solar technologies, ammendments to the existing site and promotion of the project for both tourism and technological interest. Each Pavillion = 10,000e (priced at 1000e/m2) Solar Technology per pavillion = 10,000e Promotion & publication = 20,000e |
