1. DIY_AGRICULTURE: local people adopt gardens to produce food and goods implementing the biodiversity of the region. 2. ALGAE FARM: native sea algae are cultivated and treated into the labs to produce electric energy and biofuel, adsorb CO2 and make cosmetics and food. 3. KINETIC FIELD: the possibility of creating energy from local resources are investigated thru dynamic-devices-technology. 4. SILICON ROAD: silicon sand is treated as a cultivation to investigate the creation of soft-photovoltaic-electricity. Products created in all areas are branded and sold in km 0 markets across the whole site. Campus hang below the motorway as a sort of science cities to live, work and have fun. Research, training and educational labs are located in the tunnels. The monorail connects the different areas. Cars are left outside, close to the 6 monorail stations (access points). Costs estimation: monorail 3.000.000 €/km, labs 2.000 €/mq, campus and tunnel labs 2.500 €/mq, gardens 500 €/mq.
