Energy has always been one of the major needs of urbane life in our fast-evolving world. The necessity to reach the energy sources for a human being leads to a situation where energy sources are of global importance. Globalization and its outcomes such as growing commercial activities has underlined the important role that energy sources play in the world's agenda. According to the statistics about energy resources, there will be a growing need for energy with about a %45 increase ratio, mostly from the developing countries. Economically efficient and high performance buildings are of more importance lately. Therefore, as in other aspects of the project, the priority in roofs and façades have been set to find cost-efficient and energy saving solutions. In my project, I especially aimed reaching an integration point with natural environment; and set my goal as creating an energy-efficient building for public use.
