After studying the different performance rates of each installation according to the meteorological and agricultural parameters of the area, we believe that the greatest energy performance could be obtained from the interaction of all types of mechanisms. The old motorway would become a giant ecological MACHINE for producing non-contaminating energy. To produce great amounts of electrical energy without having the means to store it would seem uninteresting at first glance. Could we RECYCLE the old motorway into a great territorial HYDROGEN MACHINE? We believe that projecting a NATIONAL CENTRE FOR THE STUDY OF ALTERNATIVE ENERGIES is a more than reasonable option for economic profitability from the energy point of view, but also because it would represent an undeniable POLE OF ATTRACTION for the surrounding towns. A reference centre of this size would generate many local jobs due to the affluence of scientists and students from other parts of Italy and Europe.
