born in Lisbon, Portugal in 1977. Is a designer that aims to design for a dematerialized world situated between design and science. New advances in areas such as genetic, biotechnology and nanotechnology continually address social, cultural and ethical questions. Design for debate, exploring new ways of perceiving, rethinking the way we will interact. Open up future implications and behaviours to engage people to think about possible technological consequences in our everyday life, are current interests. Graduated in industrial design from ESAD in 2001, worked and collaborated with several companies such as Mglass. In 2004 integrated the Designlabor team for Science Pier 2005 project, Bremen/Bremerhaven, Germany, awarded by IF Design Award 2006. Her work has been shown in many exhibitions across Europe, EUA and Japan. At the moment she is doing a MA in Design Interactions at the Royal College of Art, in London, UK.
