Thirty of the most renowned Peruvian architects discuss about twenty core issues of architecture in our country. In a context where public competitions were scarce, architecture critic was absent and discussion about it severely limited, it was necessary to generate spaces where ideas could be exchanged and revert that shortage. We established a thematic agenda, and after a process of “deconstruction” of the organic discourses of every character, we started to build something new. Thematic axes weave a narrative plot, around which the architects participate as in open conversations through opinions that collide, converge, complement or connect. In that conjunction of particular stories, visions and means, a landscape is composed. One which aims to give continuity to the history of Peruvian architecture by attaching the links that allow us to start thinking about our architecture, addressing the perspectives of others: to dialogue.
