The project is a master plan for the extension of Columbia University in Harlem, New York. With the expansion of its campus Columbia intends to open its premises to the city by creating new public facilities such as a theatre, a public library, art galleries, and health clinics. Participation, permeability and conviviality are the key-words for this project.
