KING'S DESIGN HOUSE
Milan 2011
The food and design world blend in the quest for a common objective: the union of functionality and aesthetics. The International Furniture Show thus has represented the ideal opportunity to present the project designed by Luca Nichetto for King’s, aimed at re-conceiving the corporate image to distinguish the brand in a strong and precise way and at re-interpreting the functionality of all the utensils associated with ham cutting. By sectioning a parallelepiped and staggering its sections, the areas are obtained in which to accommodate the King’s Design House by Luca Nichetto, inside the Superstudio Più in Via Tortona, in Milan. A show area dedicated to the Prosciutteria King’s project introduces into the lounge area. The colours chosen for the setting are soft and natural, such as ivory and shades of grey and recall the preciousness of silk found in luxury Venetian salons.
