Five office quarters group around a public square and the event hall. On a total of 170.000 sq m modern office spaces, communication- and training facilities are provided for 5000 employees. Two building compexes are joint together by a plaza which provides a common access area and a place for events. The inner courtyards with their patios serve the light and air management of the buildings. The basic themes are water surfaces mirroring the facades of the buildings. Embedded in the water are circular islands as vegetation spots. The larger islands can be reached by stepping stones and invite to stay and rest.
