'SUSHI A LA CARTE' is a strategy that allows developing three very different housing types just following a single conceptual approach. A continuous skin with a very unique pattern of holes 'wraps' the different buildings in a similar way, thus providing a strong identity and uniformity to all the types of the 'sushi family'. The identity is created by the materialization, color and texture of the skin as well as by an architectural language that is independent from the scale of the typologies. The conceptual strategy works on very different scales: from the scale of the single family houses till the big apartment blocks where very different apartment layouts are enclose within the continuous outer skin.
