The consolidation of the edges of the lot is the mediation between the park and the city. Two levels will be generated in order to define the space: by one side the level that looks for being related to the park level from the park access and by the other the level that takes the level from the street. These two levels are those that determine the relations of access to the new space and form their first morphology. A continuous socle of one plant, reconstructs the limit with the urban and a subsidence within the park that determines emphatically the theater space, connecting as well park and city. A structure of variable geometry gets up to the socle engaging in a dialog with the park and its forest of surrounding pines
