FUTUWAWA
WARSAW
Parade Square, Warsaw, even though it is actually open towards the surrounding, in reality lives in a condition of isolation, confined in its area and surrounded by a barrier of buildings. It is treated with the same indifference of a monument that once was significant, but now it is too old to adapt to the new times. This is why the new urban plan of the area incorporates Parade Square into the newest image of a city, completely ignoring what it has meant for Warsaw. But what are we, if we do not respect our history? For this, instead of finding an alternative solution on how to force integration between the square and the city, which evidently doesn't depend only from the study of the square, we decided to emphasize its isolation, turning it into a strength point.
