The project site is located into a crowded industrial suburb nearby Shenzhen. Most of the buildings around are manufactures and characterized by anonymous grey facades. The aim of the project is the refurbishment and renovation of 8 blocks into a an exhibition and fourniture selling center. Two inner yards among the blocks offer the possibility to plan an unique attractive space without any sight link with the surrounding artificial landscape. The main concept then is the creation of a bizzare and innovative facade design which shall be attractive for the customers. Moreover the inner spaces are conceived like an open air shopping mall hall where people can meet, shop, fence some rest and don't mind about the inhospitality of the industrial surroundings. This project pretend to be an highlight sample for the renovation and requalification of the old dismissed chinese manufacture suburbs.
