The first step is the development of uEveryville network: under the “uEveryville strategy”, a seamless ubiquitous network environment will be created in which citizens can receive services by organic cooperation between fixed networks and wireless networks. As a result, networks are integrated into all aspects of everyday Everyville life . “uEveryville strategy” focuses on resolving various civic problems. People will realize that ICT is a tangible and helpful tool to resolve various social issues so that ICT usage will enhance: home appliances, food, medical products and other such items, which until now were never associated with communications networks, will become part of uEveryville network. In order to be able to use these networks effectively, a wide variety of administrative bodies and services will be interconnected.
