People in Everyville told us a few things about the life in the city since the wall was built:
Mark, 16 y.o. student : “My friends and I go for football on the wall everyday. The wall is the place to be since it is renewed with cool graffiti day by day. “ Mrs. Owens, 67 y.o. pensioned : “A street market was created due to the wall and I am more than happy to have it near my house. “ Mr. Duncan, 45 y.o. homeless : “ I’m more than thankful, ‘cos the wall provides me with a space to sleep, but I can’t help getting upset whenever it gets cramped with people and I can’t rest.. “ Mr. Thom, 65 y.o. pensioned : “ I remember the whole workers union practically breaking down a part of the wall some years ago as a symbolic act against the closing of the dairy factory at the suburbs. “ Garrison, 29 y.o. traveler : “ I wish my city could adopt such a cool and useful trademark as this wall. Occasionally, following it’s trace helped me not to get lost. “ |
