The centrality of the exhibited aqueduct's role will symbolise in the minds of the community the basis of a fair and efficient political activity. At the heart of the construction is the piezometric tower which houses the spaces of political power, before it spreads like a network of arteries throughout the city. While it comes into contact with many different realities, the waterway will also carry with it a message of unity: the very sense of belonging capable of transforming a sprawling mass into a City.
