The idea to raise the level of urban ground by digging along the first two bands while a light fall upraises along the remaining three , grants to put into effect some mechanism that consist in:
The green band with heavy transport; the farming band with production, transformation and transport; the commercial band, productive and at last the residential band, with light transport and garbage disposal; finally the cultural area in the lower part. Taking advantage by declination also it is possible to articulate complicated systems for the reutilization of energetic sources such as water, sun and garbage.
The bands’ placement by functions it is not accidental: the residential band between two production areas (primary and tertiary) excludes the possibility of outskirts or strict hierarchy.
