From the bottom the ex-dump, which was built following sustainable principles, re-discovers a new semanticity of the ground.
A present but invisible memory of a wrong relationship with our planet.
Above the dump there is the layer of the urban life, whom everyday gestures renew themselves following a mutable logic. On the same floor, big areas are dedicated to the preservation of the regional Biotypes and living species. An instrument made to hand them down for the future generations.
Finally, the last layer is like a thinned out and permeable energetic skin that covers the town; created not to hide it, but to protect it from not sustainable visions of the future. A means to produce energy, but above all a new idea of development.
