In providing a separate 2-pipe wastewater infrastructure for the projected expansion, Everyville recognises its impact and its responsibility.

The recycled water needs to generate pressure to return to the houses from where it came. This water tower becomes a point where the infrastructure pops up and the modern working of the land is recognised.

Everyville lacks recreational facilities of its own. I propose a bathing facility at the water tower.

This will act like an overflow tank for a slightly undersized water storage facility. The pools will leak, so that every day they will be filled & emptied. This rhythm is directly related to the greywater use of the community. This will generate a pool timetable of its own.

Through the timetable of the pools, the community of Everyville finds expression.

It is a monument to a community recognising their impact, and finding voice in addressing this.
