The city center presents a polifunctional area with its inrastructure of service, leisure area and office-park. The center is a dynamic wave-structure, which develops vertically as well as horisontally. The dynamics of the center is provided by means of transformation of spaccr at the expense of the slightest change of form and function. THe wave structure represents an energetically-effective construction with a set of appartments of different purpose and a landscspe park.
The public area flowa gradually from wave to wave thus providing a visual dynamics. On feast-days the city-park as th main public area becomes an entertainment center with different pavillions and leasure grounds. The pedestrian network of the waves of the city-cnter develops in two directions - on the surfacs of the waves and inside of them.Vertical communications are represented by steps, elevators, escalators and ramps. |
