The creation of a pillar grid liberates the street level and allows a space that emphasizes comunal experiences. The upper level includes generic modules that make up the required buildings, both civic and comunal facilities and commercial ones. Several buildings, such as the police office, may cross the sheet grid according to needs. If the evolution of the city is such that a new nucleus is needed the structure of this grid can be easily repeated in several locations within the city.
