Buildings are adjusted to maximum heights to create a sloping hill to expose them to sun and protect the from winds. Strengthened winds at the pinnacle can be exploited for ventilation and electricity production. The urban strip is cut with green corridors expanding south to provide passes and space for storm and greywater management, increase light penetration and articulate neighborhoods.

Recycling and energy production are salient, spiritual part of everyday life. Purified graywater drips as waterfalls from roof terraces to orchards.

Every block has its chosen caretaker. The caretaker manages the product data of the building and runs the shared distant work office of the block. Caretakers form a council chaired by the mayor. Thus, there is an informal link to the authorities rendering every block a civic arena. Wireless networks and geographic information systems catalyze development. Incentives and queries float in the air around the blocks. The city is a constant process.
